“I joined iCan two years ago in 2015. I was looking for a gym which had only female instructors and clients. So iCan was the perfect choice for me. Over these two years, i’ve regained my self confidence and self-esteem by shedding pounds. 

I’m a mother of 3 kids. Last year in 2016, I was pregnant with my third baby. During the conception, I carried on with my routine workout till about 8 months and the trainers were fully supportive throughout that time. I rejoined the gym when the baby grew to 3 months old and he accompanies me every day to the workouts since then.”
