iCan Ladies and Gents class is a mixed session for all abilities and ages. Whether you have worked out in gyms before or are completely new to exercising; this class is for you!
iCan Ladies and Gents is our unique version of circuit training exclusively designed to work your whole body. We all have different needs, bodies that require different levels of protection and health and wellbeing requirements, our instructors understand that so we have developed a new training experience just for you, where you always have an instructor providing supervised training!
Your workout will consist of using a variety of resistance training machines; designed to work every major muscle group in your body. You will alternate between using the machines and following your instructors excersises. This is where it gets exciting:
Each week your trainers create a different theme for the classes. These could feature ARM’S, LEGS, BUMS, BUMS AND SOME TUMS, RESISTANCE TRAINING BANDS, KETTLEBELLS, WEIGHT LIFTING and much much more. A different theme each week means each workout is completly different from the last.
Classes are tailored to suit the male and female bodies and will push you to achieve your full potentional in a safe and comfortable environment.
