This class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those difficult areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

Our classes are adaptable to suit your fitness level and ability. You will be asked if you would prefer to get on the floor and do those tough crunches to give your abs a good workout. Or if you would prefer to do the excercises standing up. Our trainer will modify the workout to suit whoever is in the class. The aim is to repeat these exercises as much as possible, building up how long you can do it each time.

Your trainer will encouarge everyone to have a good stretch at the end of the workout to avoid feeling stiff the following day!
